Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 sustainability strategy aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead cross-functional teams to embed ESG metrics into product lifecycle management
- Drive corporate carbon neutrality initiatives through renewable energy adoption and supply chain optimization
- Design and implement circular economy frameworks for waste reduction and resource regeneration
- Overboard ESG reporting and disclosures ensuring GRI/SASB compliance and investor transparency
- Forge strategic partnerships with NGOs, policymakers, and industry coalitions for systemic change
- Lead stakeholder engagement programs including employee sustainability training and community impact initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, or MBA with sustainability specialization
- 7+ years in corporate sustainability strategy with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and carbon accounting methodologies
- Advanced data analytics skills with sustainability metrics dashboards and KPI development
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar designation preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Deep knowledge of California climate legislation (SB 253, SB 261) and federal EPA regulations
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder influence
