Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 sustainability roadmap with measurable KPIs for carbon neutrality and waste reduction
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing circular economy principles across supply chains
- Drive ESG compliance and reporting frameworks aligned with GRI and SASB standards
- Partner with C-suite to integrate sustainability into core business strategy and investment decisions
- Manage $2M+ sustainability budget with ROI-focused project prioritization
- Champion innovation in renewable energy adoption and resource efficiency technologies
- Lead external stakeholder engagement including investors, NGOs, and industry coalitions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Business with 7+ years of progressive experience
- Proven track record of developing and scaling corporate sustainability programs with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in ESG frameworks, carbon accounting (GHG Protocol), and circular economy models
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in sustainability reporting tools (e.g., Persefoni, Watershed)
- Certifications required: LEED AP, GRI Standards, or similar sustainability credentials
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in developing sustainability roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
