Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026-2030 corporate sustainability strategy with measurable ESG KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing circular economy solutions and carbon-neutral product lifecycles
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups and research institutions for innovation pipeline
- Oversee implementation of AI-powered sustainability analytics and IoT monitoring systems
- Represent company at global sustainability forums (COP, WEF) to position thought leadership
- Drive employee engagement through gamified sustainability challenges and green tech hackathons
- Report progress to C-suite and board using integrated sustainability dashboards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in sustainability leadership with proven net-zero transformation track record
- Expertise in circular economy frameworks, carbon accounting protocols (GHG Protocol), and ESG reporting standards
- Experience scaling climate tech solutions from pilot to enterprise-level deployment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite/board presentation experience
- Technical proficiency in sustainability analytics platforms (SAP ESG, Watershed, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of emerging climate technologies (carbon capture, green hydrogen, etc.)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or ESG certification required
