Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with 2026 global environmental targets
- Lead ESG reporting initiatives and ensure compliance with emerging climate regulations
- Oversee carbon footprint reduction programs across 15+ global facilities
- Drive circular economy innovations through supplier partnerships and waste reduction
- Lead stakeholder engagement with investors, NGOs, and regulatory bodies
- Integrate AI-driven sustainability analytics into operational decision-making
- Manage $2M+ annual sustainability budget and cross-functional project teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in corporate sustainability leadership
- Proven track record of achieving measurable ESG targets in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Strong background in sustainable supply chain management and circular economy principles
- Experience with AI/ML applications in sustainability analytics
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or equivalent designation required
