Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize the 2026 strategic vision through scenario modeling and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to incubate disruptive business models and technologies
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive board and investor stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design and implement early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Present at global forums including Davos and TED Futures conferences
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation catalysts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or foresight roles
- Published work on technological singularity or societal transformation
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal analysis)
- Experience with AI-driven trend forecasting platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully implemented future-focused initiatives
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate resilience
- Ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
