- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and scenario modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate foresight into actionable strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
