- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation priorities and R&D roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks specializing in 2030+ forecasting
- Design and implement organizational change management programs to embed future-thinking capabilities across departments
- Present strategic foresight findings to the board and executive leadership with compelling data visualizations
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic indicators to refine 2026 strategic assumptions
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and quantitative trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic planning implementations with measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, CFS) or equivalent professional credential
