Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and tactical execution
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their impact on industry verticals
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for C-suite on market evolution and competitive positioning
- Design and implement innovation pipelines to accelerate 2026 technology adoption
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking 2026 strategic milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
