Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Produce quarterly trend reports with data-backed predictions for C-suite decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to accelerate R&D
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical tech adoption in regulated industries
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members to secure strategic funding
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or implemented strategic initiatives
