- Develop 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners and internal stakeholders
- Translate complex future projections into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive innovation patterns
- Champion ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio of published future forecasts or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston)
