Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cutting-edge SEO strategy focused on AI-driven search models and the Search Generative Experience (SGE).
- Lead complex technical SEO audits and implement schema markup for rich results and AI overviews.
- Collaborate with data engineers to leverage Python and predictive analytics for traffic forecasting and trend analysis.
- Oversee a high-performance content team to produce E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) focused assets.
- Optimize site architecture for mobile-first indexing and voice-first queries.
- Manage and mentor a junior SEO analyst, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth in competitive niches.
- Deep understanding of Google's algorithm updates, specifically those related to machine learning and AI.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).
- Experience with coding languages such as Python or SQL for data analysis is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
