Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement structural improvements to enhance site crawlability and indexability.
- Lead keyword research and strategy, identifying high-value opportunities to drive organic traffic growth.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-optimized content strategies that align with user intent and search algorithms.
- Monitor search performance using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, generating detailed monthly reports for stakeholders.
- Execute and manage off-page SEO campaigns, including link building and relationship management with industry partners.
- Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a digital agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Essentials, Core Web Vitals, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
