Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexation problems.
- Develop and execute on-page optimization strategies, including keyword research, meta tag optimization, and schema markup implementation.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with search intent and content optimization best practices.
- Monitor search performance using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, producing monthly performance reports.
- Manage off-page SEO efforts, including outreach for high-quality backlinks and managing PR relationships.
- Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably within a B2B or tech-focused environment.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Central guidelines and algorithm updates.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
