Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, keyword rankings, and traffic volume across all digital channels.
- Technical SEO: Perform deep-dive technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, meta tags, headers, and body copy for maximum search engine performance.
- Link Building: Lead high-quality off-page SEO campaigns to acquire authoritative backlinks and build domain authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing research into competitor strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of successfully increasing organic traffic for mid-to-large scale websites.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
- Content Strategy: Ability to work effectively with content writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
