Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and schema markup opportunities to maximize search engine visibility.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies that align with business goals, focusing on high-value keywords and long-tail search opportunities.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Search Console, and proprietary tools; provide actionable insights to stakeholders to optimize ROI.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, ensuring relevance and authority for target topics.
- Backlink Management: Lead off-page SEO efforts, including outreach campaigns and relationship building with high-authority publishers.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor movements and algorithm updates to pivot strategies quickly and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior management or lead role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) concepts.
- Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
