Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy large-scale machine learning models using Python and modern frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and memory efficiency to support real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and automated retraining schedules.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to validate model impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
- Deep proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
