Responsibilities
- Lead predictive modeling for technological adoption and market disruption scenarios through 2026
- Develop comprehensive foresight frameworks incorporating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design scenario-planning methodologies for high-impact business decisions
- Establish KPIs to track technological evolution and competitive positioning
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, metaverse
- Strong data visualization and scenario-planning methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting (e.g., CFIP)
