- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with quantified risk/opportunity matrices
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-relevant innovations
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptability in volatile markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ scenario development for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
