Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend reports across technology, social, and economic domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Build predictive models using AI/ML to simulate future market scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for early trend detection
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide foresight culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
