Responsibilities

- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and data-driven insights
- Author thought leadership publications on industry transformation
- Advise executive team on risk mitigation strategies for emerging threats
- Establish KPI frameworks to track progress toward 2026 vision milestones
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures simply
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementation
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
