Responsibilities
- Develop and validate multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ using trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors relevant to our 2026 vision
- Translate future insights into actionable product development plans and investment priorities
- Build quantitative forecasting models to assess market readiness and adoption timelines for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer future-focused R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of anticipatory thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning with demonstrable impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling frameworks
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into successful business strategies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-casting projects with measurable outcomes
