- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state innovation
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefings for executive leadership
- Design pilot programs for emerging technologies (Web4.0, neurointerfaces, climate tech)
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype 2026-relevant solutions
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum/AI/biotech convergence dynamics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., APF, CFTE)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
