Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence points
- Facilitate executive workshops translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Author white papers and trend briefs published in industry-leading journals
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to global leadership quarterly
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- MSc/MBA or equivalent in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or business futurism
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
