Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Lead high-stakes workshops with executives to align innovation roadmaps with organizational vision
- Design and implement horizon-scanning processes to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight insights into product development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning our 2026 thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent advanced training
