Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate disruptive technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients navigating exponential change in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Facilitate C-suite workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in MIT Tech Review and WEF forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions with 85%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
