Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and quantify emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and consumer behavior patterns through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Direct cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions addressing future market gaps and disruptions
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in top industry journals and conference keynotes
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis techniques
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight insights into 5-year product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and senior stakeholders with data-backed confidence
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for enterprise clients
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, biotech convergence, or decentralized economies
- Advanced proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, horizon scanning) and analytical frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex future scenarios into compelling narratives
- Experience leading high-stakes strategy workshops with executive audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or equivalent field required
