- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or research
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio published futures research or strategy documents
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
