- Author executive briefings on future-proofing organizational models
- Identify emerging talent and skill requirements for 2026 workforce
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build foresight dashboards using predictive analytics tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused role
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic adaptation to change
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into executive narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
