- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on future opportunities
- Produce actionable whitepapers and trend briefings for product and investment teams
- Monitor emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) for commercial viability
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to forecast paradigm shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts or strategic frameworks
