Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop quantitative foresight models and scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future readiness and innovation strategy
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry publication
- Build and maintain expert networks across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Integrate foresight methodologies into corporate strategy and product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic frameworks
