Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future workforce and market evolutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to build scenario-based resilience plans for emerging risks
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into product innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership reports on the future of human-machine collaboration and ethics
- Advise executive leadership on long-term strategic positioning in rapidly evolving markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing actionable frameworks for complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite and diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
