Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts through 2030 horizon
- Develop scenario-planning models and strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive whitepapers for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate AI-driven forecasting tools with human intuition for enhanced accuracy
- Advise on organizational design and talent acquisition for future-proofing enterprises
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating complex trend analysis and strategic impact
