- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Produce strategic whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning Horizon as an industry pioneer
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure long-term innovation impact against 2026 milestones
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and scout breakthrough technologies
- Represent Horizon at global futurist conferences and policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or exponential trends
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial products or services
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and trend-mapping tools (e.g., Tableau, Trendalyzer)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology adoption curves
