Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework for 2026+ horizons
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, etc.) and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and department heads
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for stakeholder decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or consulting with proven 2026+ horizon planning experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Business, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
