Responsibilities

- Develop evidence-based future scenarios for C-suite executives across healthcare, climate tech, and AI sectors
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Present foresight findings to global stakeholders through immersive scenario planning workshops
- Pioneer Horizon Labs' proprietary 'Foresight Engine' AI-driven trend prediction platform
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, futures research, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent transdisciplinary field
- Published thought leadership on 2030+ technology impacts (White papers, TED Talks, or peer-reviewed journals)
- Deep fluency in exponential technologies: quantum computing, neurotech, and climate AI
- Portfolio demonstrating tangible impact from foresight initiatives (e.g., product launches, policy shifts)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
