Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and space exploration
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic innovation framework with quarterly scenario planning
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on emerging paradigms
- Oversee cross-functional teams executing 3-5 year strategic initiatives
- Integrate sustainability and ethical foresight into all strategic planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or relevant technical field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Experience leading teams across 3+ continents
