Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends with 2026+ impact horizon
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on future-focused topics
- Mentor junior futurists and drive foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Published author or frequent speaker at futurism/convergence conferences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for trend mapping
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight initiatives with measurable business impact
