Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market opportunities through 2030
- Develop and deliver bespoke future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops using foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database with AI-powered analytics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate strategic hypotheses
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and executive briefings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles with future-facing focus
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impacts
- Experience working with C-suite executives in multinational corporations
