Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to identify 5-10 year opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite and board presentations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces for industry conferences
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout emerging technologies and startups
- Quantify market readiness of futuristic technologies through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Flourish
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Nature Futures)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
