Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, social, and economic megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive foresight framework integrating scenario planning, horizon scanning, and impact analysis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-generation concepts with R&D teams
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports translating complex data into strategic imperatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation hubs to expand foresight networks
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis techniques
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully anticipating and capitalizing on emerging market shifts
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
