Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economics, and social domains to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop and communicate compelling future narratives and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate and prototype breakthrough concepts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Advise leadership on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic megatrends affecting long-term business resilience
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies that drive business growth
- Expertise in foresight methodologies including scenario planning, Delphi studies, and systems thinking
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or scaling tech environments
- Strong network within global futurist and innovation communities
