Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology landscape

- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future insights into development roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic recommendations at board meetings and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused projects
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
