Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and visualizations for executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry innovators
- Translate future insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies for emerging ventures
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
