Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and megatrends through 2026
- Develop probabilistic scenario models for climate adaptation, quantum computing adoption, and AI governance
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite stakeholders using immersive data visualization
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Coordinate with R&D teams to validate trend hypotheses through pilot programs
- Author quarterly trend briefings distributed to Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis at tech/consulting firms
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership on 4th industrial revolution impacts
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, D3.js, or similar)
