As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D leaders, and global partners to identify emerging paradigms. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment priorities, and market positioning in a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic trends, and disruptive forces to map future scenarios for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for board-level presentations
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups, partnerships, and M&A opportunities
- Design innovation pipelines to address anticipated market gaps and customer needs
- Mentor junior futurists and establish industry thought leadership through publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
