Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive technologies
- Produce annual Future State Reports with data-driven forecasts and risk assessments
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused talent pipeline
- Integrate foresight outputs into product development and corporate strategy
- Present findings to investors and board members using compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience scaling foresight programs within global organizations
- Certification in Futures Research or Innovation Management preferred
