Responsibilities

- Translate future intelligence into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic futures to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish cross-functional futures labs with Fortune 500 partners

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario modeling and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience with global trend analysis and cross-cultural futures mapping
