- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry speaking engagements
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology development
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (PESTEL, Delphi, SWOT)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
