Responsibilities
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Lead the strategic architectural vision for AI and Machine Learning systems specifically designed to support the 2026 product ecosystem.
- System Design & Scalability: Design robust, fault-tolerant architectures capable of handling massive data throughput and complex computations.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the R&D of cutting-edge algorithms and prototype AI models before full-scale implementation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Integration & Deployment: Oversee the CI/CD pipelines for AI models, ensuring seamless integration into production environments and minimal downtime.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architect or lead AI role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating business requirements into technical architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and optimize performance under pressure.
