Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure aligned with the company's 2026 strategic vision.
- Technical Leadership: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers in selecting the right models, tools, and cloud architectures for complex problems.
- Optimization: Continuously research and integrate cutting-edge advancements in Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, and Edge AI.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end technical design of distributed systems, ensuring high availability, security, and fault tolerance.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior developers and conducting technical reviews.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Innovation: Deep understanding of the latest trends in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
